French Country Blend
sourdough bread recipe. For our French Country loaves with
sunflower seeds, we remove the buckwheat flour from the flour
blend and replace it with natural raw sunflower seeds. The
sunflower oil adds incredible richness to the resulting nutty,
hearty bread... yet, the loaf still retains its light springy
crumb. This bread is excellent when served with chilled salted
organic butter. So good!
